MOQ
Minimum quantities vary by product, material and specification. We will recommend a realistic production approach after reviewing your brief.
Samples
Sample cost and timing are confirmed before development begins. Revisions can be discussed according to the project.
Lead Time
The production schedule is confirmed after specifications and samples are approved.
Trade & Delivery
Quotations can be provided in USD or JPY. FOB is generally available, while other trade terms, including CIF, may be discussed depending on the destination and project. Payment terms, shipping methods and related costs will be confirmed in the quotation before production begins. We are happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

If wool or wool felt is essential, tell us the required wool percentage; material availability and composition need to be confirmed before a quotation. What products does CTX JAPAN manufacture?

Where are the products manufactured?
Production is coordinated through our manufacturing network in China, with project management and quality follow-up by our teams in Japan and China. For slippers, we can also offer production at factories in Japan. Availability, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed for each Made in Japan project.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, material, construction and customization. Please share your estimated quantity and specifications so we can recommend a realistic production approach.
Can you support small production runs?
Smaller runs may be considered depending on the product and available materials. Projects requiring new molds or highly customized components may need a higher minimum quantity.
Do you work with customers in the United States and Europe?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from overseas companies and can discuss specifications, quotations, shipping methods and trade terms according to the destination.
Which trade terms and currencies are available?
